This role works with our broader Programme and Project Management teams, providing high-level, well thought out, and accurate administration support services.  In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring job packs are created and correctly set up, and that the work in progress is invoiced correctly and charged out accordingly.

You will also be responsible for:  

  • Assisting the finance team with month-end tasks as required
  • Assisting with new customer connections, front of house, cable locates and general customer enquiries
  • Setting up purchase orders and jobs in Navision as necessary for work on the network and 3rd party customers
  • Filing of completed job packs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Supporting the Project Team with queries from internal stakeholders
  • Scheduling of work in Navision as required

 About you:

You have at least one year of experience in an administratively focused role, with a passion for customer service and ensuring deadlines are adhered to and met.

You are supportive, focused on the minor details to ensure jobs are set up and processed correctly, documents are prepared promptly, and are aligned to the project brief.  You are computer savvy, love working with systems and processes.  You love being challenged, kept busy and having variety in your work, yet you do not mind repetitive tasks, that may reoccur regularly.

Any experience in a similar role in the construction, utilities or comparable industries, would be highly regarded.  However more important, is your attitude to learn, your passion and your willingness to share duties and support the team.
