About the role

As our newest team member, you’ll be responsible alongside a fantastic team to support different customer enquiries in an outbound and inbound capacity.  You will be providing customers with informative solutions, updates and managing their queries and complaints, promptly. The types of calls you may receive range from commercial and domestic security alarm queries through to medical alarm activation and electricity outage/fault enquiries. This is a very diverse, fast-paced and demanding role that will see you busy from the start to the end of your day!

About you

Experience in a customer service role, is imperative, as is a mature, considered and empathetic approach to handling a variety of enquiries in a time of need. While prior call-centre experience is not required, it would stand you in good stead.  You must be adaptable and open to change, excited at the possibility of learning new things, and have a great attitude each, and every time you pick up that phone.

About the team

You will be working with a close-knit, driven and motivated group of individuals that help one another, no matter how busy they get. With a Senior Monitoring Operator on each shift, you’ll be able to ask questions and approach situations with the backing of experienced and empathetic professionals.  What’s more, we provide a minimum of 2 weeks of training when you join us, to ensure you are as well equipped as possible, to succeed.

The roles work on a shift pattern, including:

Shift A

Wednesday - Friday – 7am-4pm

Saturday and Sunday – 4pm-midnight

Shift B

Monday – Thursday, 4pm – Midnight (12am)

Shift C

Saturday and Sunday– 12am – 8am (overnight)

Monday – 4pm – Midnight
