 What the role looks like / key tasks:

Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you are a trusted Senior Advisor that will take the lead on a range of people matters across the Electra Group. You’ll enable stakeholders to plan for and mobilise a range of strategic, tactical, and operational solutions across their businesses.

As part of your roadmap, you’ll actively contribute to and/or lead a range of diverse strategic pillars that include (but is not limited to) Leadership Development, Culture/OD, Change Management, Recruitment and Selection and Employment Relations.

You’re someone that can build strong relationships with ease, and you have the ability to mentor and coach at all levels to continually uplift capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A great sense of humour and be able to contribute to a fun team environment
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior operational HR role,
  • Excellent communication skills, high competence and attention to detail with HR related paperwork
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce with the ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A practical and pragmatic approach to everything you do
