About the role

As part of our team, as a 24/7 Monitoring Centre you will be answering inbound and outbound calls, whether it is handling a medical alarm activation, security alarm activation or providing customer information about a power outage. It is a wide and varied role, in which you can make a real difference to our customers.  It is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and where you will leave your shift feeling satisfied you have made a real difference.

You will be fully supported in your role with extensive training and with an onsite manager and/or a senior operator on each shift.

As you will be dealing with a lot of customers, many stressed and feeling vulnerable, having customer service experience is a must. Our customers expect our employees to be clear-headed, empathetic, caring, good at listening and helpful at any time of the day and night.

You must be adaptable and open to change, excited at the possibility of learning new things, and have a great attitude!  You'll also be computer literate and confident using different systems, including Microsoft Office.

The hours:

NOTE: These are set hours, they are not up for negotiation and cannot be changed.  As these hours spread over the overnights of the weekend it requires commitment and dedication. If you have worked night shift before it may be something you are looking for and would be desirable. Although this is not a must.
