We are also open to more a remote solution on you’ve learned the role, on a case by case basis!

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer and supporting General Counsel when undertaking legal activities, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Preparing policies, documents, and correspondence
  • Assisting in stakeholder relationship management
  • Supporting risk management processes
  • Supporting business planning for our key business subsidiaries
  • Providing quality information, analytical analysis and reporting to support Board reporting, monthly reports; and reporting to specialist committees
  • Undertaking other key advisory support duties that fall within your wide remit

Your relationships

A key measure of your success will be your ability to cultivate strong relationships and support:


  • Legal and Business Development stakeholder to provide the necessary support and advice.
  • Project and Planning initiatives, and any required follow up with key internal and external stakeholders as required
  • The CFO and General Counsel will all regulatory matters when required
  • Reporting; including dashboard configuration to our Senior Leadership Team
  • Monitoring our legal obligations with contractual relationships, ensuring obligations are met
  • Ongoing management and updating of applicable policies, procedures, and guides
  • Facilitate any documentation support, procedure & financial initiatives for the business where able
  • Support and partner with the business to promote risk management processes and why they are so important 

With 3+ years of experience as listed above, coupled with a relevant Tertiary Qualification from a recognised institute, you bring with you passion, collaboration, energy and ambition, to help drive pivotal and instrumental policy, advisory and regulatory matters forward.

You also possess:

  • A high level of computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • A proven coordination background with a driver / leader personality
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written
  • Ability to support opportunities for the investment and growth of our subsidiaries
  • Ability to handle sensitive business information in confidence
  • Previous risk and compliance experience would be highly regarded
